Osoba rezerwująca grill ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność za kuchnię ogrodową i porządek w jej otoczeniu.

Przygotowanie:

  1. Zawóry od wody i gazu sterowane są przez nas zdalnie i będą otwarte na czas rezerwacji, następnie zamknięte po jej zakończeniu.
  2. Pokrowiec na grilla zdjąć i odłożyć do szuflady z butlą gazową, znajdujacej się po lewej stronie grilla.
  3. Przybory do grillowania znajdują się w małej szufladzie po lewej stronie grilla.
  4. Przetrzeć blaty z ewentualnego kurzu szmatką, znajdującą się w szafce pod zlewem.
  5. Na czas użytkowania kuchni można zawiesić worek na odpady na haczyk po prawej stronie. Worki są pod zlewem. Na koniec worek należy wyrzucić do śmieci.

Grillowanie:

  1. Grill włącza się czterema dużymi pokretłami kręcąc w lewo – wcisnąć i przekręcić w lewo. Nie używamy małego pokrętła.
  2. Przed rozpoczęciem pieczenia rozgrzać grill ustawiając wszystkie pokrętła na max – „godzinę 9” na około 10 min przy zamkniętej pokrywie.
  3. Skręcić pokrętła na minimum „na godzinę 6”
  4. Otworzyć pokrywę, przetrzeć mocno ruszty metalową szczotką z szuflady, aby je oczyścić.
  5. Można już grillować jedzenie – optymalnie pokrętła na „godzinie 6”.
  6. Pokrywę można mieć otwartą lub zamknąć w celu przyspieszenia pieczenia.

Sprzątanie:

  1. Po zakończeniu pieczenia, przy zamkniętej pokrywie, ponownie rozgrzać grill na max (“godzina 9”) na kilka minut w celu wypalenia resztek jedzenia.
  2. Wyłączyć wszystkie pokrętła, otworzyć pokrywę i od razu, jeszcze gorące ruszty, wyszorować mocno szczotką drucianą NA SUCHO BEZ WODY i DETERGENRÓW. Resztki spadną do komory grilla.
  3. Wytrzeć blaty, obudowę grilla i pokrętła z tłuszczu szmatką. NIE WOLNO SZOROWAĆ obudowy grilla gąbką do naczyń.
  4. Akcesoria nierdzewne umyć płynem do naczyń i schować z powrotem do szuflady (płyn pod zlewem).
  5. Założyć pokrowiec i zapiąć klamry.

Bezpieczeństwo:

  1. Zawór od gazu awaryjnie zamyka się na butli.
  2. W razie zapalenia się rusztów, należy zamknąć pokrywę oraz zawór gazu na butli.
  3. NIE WOLNO ZOSTAWIAĆ GRILLA BEZ NADZORU.
  4. Najbliższa gaśnica znajduje się w wiacie rowerowej na słupku.

The person reserving the grill is fully responsible for the outdoor kitchen and its surroundings.

Preparation:

  1. The water and gas valves are remotely controlled and will be open during the reservation, then closed after it ends.
  2. Remove the grill cover and place it in the drawer with the gas cylinder, located on the left side of the grill.
  3. Grilling utensils are located in the small drawer on the left side of the grill.
  4. Wipe any dust from the countertops with a cloth located in the cabinet under the sink.
  5. When using the kitchen, you can hang a garbage bag on the hook on the right side. The bags are located under the sink. Afterward, the bag should be disposed of in the trash.

Grilling:

  1. The grill is turned on by turning four large knobs counterclockwise – press and turn counterclockwise. Do not use the small knob.
  2. Before cooking, preheat the grill by setting all knobs to the maximum (9 o’clock) setting for about 10 minutes with the lid closed.
  3. Turn the knobs to the minimum (6 o’clock) setting.
  4. Open the lid and scrub the grates thoroughly with the metal brush from the drawer to clean them.
  5. You can now grill your food – ideally, set the knobs to the 6 o’clock position.
  6. You can leave the lid open or closed to speed up cooking.

Cleaning:

  1. After cooking, with the lid closed, preheat the grill to the maximum (9 o’clock) setting for a few minutes to burn off any remaining food.
  2. Turn off all knobs, open the lid, and immediately scrub the grates thoroughly with a wire brush while they are still hot, DRYING THE GRILL WITHOUT WATER or DETERGENTS. Any residue will fall into the grill chamber.
  3. Wipe off any grease from the tops, grill housing, and knobs with a cloth. DO NOT SCRUBB the grill housing with a dish sponge.
  4. Wash stainless steel accessories with dish soap and store them back in the drawer (use the liquid under the sink).
  5. Replace the cover and fasten the buckles.

Safety:

  1. The gas valve has an emergency shut-off on the gas cylinder.
  2. If the grates catch fire, close the lid and the gas valve on the cylinder.
  3. NEVER LEAVE THE GRILL UNATTENDED.
  4. The nearest fire extinguisher is located in the bicycle shelter on a pole.
